Jackie is originally from Uganda and is a trained nurse. She recruits and advises candidates and co-founded Meine Zukunft Limited together with Rainer. Together with him, she serves as Managing Director of the company.

Rainer Jünger

Rainer is a specialist in advising and recruiting international healthcare professionals from many different countries and is together with Jackie the Managing Director and founder of Meine Zukunft Limited.

Wilma van Dijk

Wilma is a highly experienced HR Director and works as a consultant for Meine Zukunft Limited, contributing her extensive expertise in recruitment and personnel development.

Isaac Kakande

Isaac is the Director of Kuguka Services, a Language Training and Upskilling Center in Uganda. With over a decade of teaching German as a foreign language, Isaac supports the candidates of Meine Zukunft Limited in their language development, because especially in the healthcare sector, language is the key!
